In 2008, director and caregiver Mrs. Sandra Ramirez founded Los Angelito's Home Daycare in Horizon City, Texas. Mrs. Ramirez had grown up with the hopes of someday becoming a schoolteacher but had her career happily put on hold with the welcoming of her four beloved children. Eventually, Mrs. Ramirez found a way to pursue her passion in teaching while maintaining an active, participatory role as a mother of four by founding a daycare service in her home.

For over 13 years, Mrs. Ramirez has led her team to provide an exceptional childcare service for children ages zero through 12. Mrs. Ramirez believes that the best way to ensure the happiness of her students is to create a healthy environment through the development of creativity, socialization with appropriately-aged peers, care, and guidance.
